Last Thursday we went on a field trip for Morgan's preschool. There are only four little girls in the class so we went to tea at the Grand America Hotel for Sept.'s field trip. All of the girls were dressed in their fanciest dresses and had a fantastic time.
M loved drinking her tea (hot chocolate) from the fancy cup and all of the fancy finger food. They made special PB&J's for the little girls since they weren't fans of the cucumber sandwiches or salmon and cavier. The girls were all very well behaved and practiced their best manners. The highlight for the girls, surprisingly, was when the harpist played "Tale as Old as Time", they all very excitedly told us "It's the Beauty and the Beast song!" I think she must have heard them because she played it again before we left.

That really is too cute. I love it! When Kate gets a little older I want to do it! So we will have to, I actually think that we should take the girls to New York and go to American Girls and do the tea party there and buy them a doll and let them get their hair done and get matching clothes for them and their doll... oh if only money wasn't such an issue. Oh well, we will do something awesome someday!
I love this! I want to go to tea! I also really like Kinley's idea :)
