I'd suggest that the President is just too busy to worry about gifts. But he has plenty of time to work on his bowling game*, spend an hour with ESPN analyst Andy Katz to fill out his NCAA Bracket, and visit with Jay Leno for a few hours. Apparently neither he nor any member of Congress had enough time read the fine print before handing Billions of Dollars over to the worst financial managers in America. Although, not reading that bill appeared to be by design, as it was signed before the paper had a chance to cool after being printed.
But don't worry, y'all, this President has style!
*Apparently, he is close to qualifing for the Special Olympics. His joke, people, not mine.

We watched him on Jay Leno- I find it peculiar how he is so worried about popularity and being a man of the people instead of leading the people and protecting our country's future! whatever... he is our prez!
Poor fellow. First, he bombs the gift to our most important ally... Then we see him poking fun at the Special Olympics...
Natalie and I were talking, and he probably would get wasted by the Special Olympics bowling champ...
